MAKES 2-3 GYROS WRAPS
WRAP:
1 yellow organic tomato
1 organic zucchini, peeled
2-4 tsp organic flax seeds
raw coconut vinegar to taste
organic cumin or sesame seeds for decoration
Method:
blend all the ingredients, spread on the backing paper evenly, there should be no holes, experiment with the thickness, dehydrate for 8-12h at 105°F/41°C, or back it in your oven at a very low temperature with door slightly open to keep the ingredients “raw”
if the sheets turn out to dry, you can rehydrate them by sprinkling them with a little water, they will get softer again
Gyro filling:
lettuce, washed and dried
tomatoes, sliced
cucumber, peeled sliced
onion rings
tomato chopped
gyros
SAUCE:
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, soaked for 2h or longer
fresh dill for decoration
dried spices (oregano, cumin, back pepper, sage, parsley
lemon juice
blend all the ingredients but dill, add chopped dill, keep refrigerated
GYROS:
1/2 cup organic raw walnuts
1 organic red tomato
1 organic zucchini with peel on and saved peel from the wrap
1tbs organic flax seeds
1 tbs organic phyllium seed powder
1 organic red bell pepper
organic garlic to taste
dried organic spices (parsley, chili pepper, basil, black pepper, cinnamon, oregano, sage, onion, bay leaf)
organic smoked paprika for decoration
Method:
blend all the ingredients, place on a backing paper sheet, make 2 thicker and one very thin sheet, if you like you can create gyros like pieces, or just spread it evenly to safe space, sprinkle with smoked paprika powder,
dehydrate or 10-14h on 105°F/41°C
