INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup dates
• 1 cup) raw almonds
• 1 heaping tablespoon coconut butter
• 1 heaping tablespoon coconut oil
• 2 teaspoons matcha powder
• ¼ cup desiccated coconut
• 2 teaspoons (matcha powder for rolling)
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Soak dates in hot water for 15 minutes (or longer).
2 If making the coconut/matcha mixture to roll bliss balls in, add the 1/4 cup coconut and 2 teaspoons of the matcha powder to your food processor and turn on until you have a fine green powder.
3 Drain dates and add them with the rest of the ingredients to your food processor.
4 Process for 45-60 seconds at a time, scraping down the sides in between.
5 Add a little extra coconut oil if necessary.
6 Roll mixture into balls, coating them in the coconut/matcha powder as you go.
7 Store in the fridge.
Voila in 10 minutes or less with 5 Ingredients or less, you have these amazingly healthy and delicious snack or dessert!
