Move over cashew parmesan cheese, this is a fantastic replacement for both dairy parmesan & people with nut allergies. This can used just like any parmesan on top of salads, pizzas or anything that you want a cheezy flavor.
Ingredients:
1 cup raw organic pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raw organic hemp seeds
sea salt to taste
nutritional yeast ( optional and to taste)
Place all the the above ingredients in a a food processor with an “S” blade attachment and grind into a parmesan cheese consistency. It’s that easy.
Store in a glass jar or airtight container and keep cool and dry.
It’s seriously delicious and is so good for you that you can use as much as you like and not feel guilty.
